Vertical knee up is an excellent workout to strengthen your lower body and enhance your coordination. Start by assuming a hip-width stance and keeping your hands by your sides. While maintaining your right leg straight, raise your left knee as high as you can. Repeat with your right leg from the starting position. Once you've reached the desired amount of repetitions, keep alternating legs. The vertical knee up is a terrific exercise for growing your core, strengthening your hip flexors, and isolating your abdominal muscles. Your hip flexors lift your knees up while your rectus abdominus stabilises your core throughout the workout.
