Lat pull down is used to target these muscles. It can be used for this exercise. Sit on the machine with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent to perform a lat pulldown. Lean back slightly and take an overhand grip on the pull-down bar. Pull the bar to your chest from this position by utilising your back muscles. After a brief pause, carefully bring the bar back to its starting position. Lat pull down strengthens the muscles on the sides of your chest wall and upper back. When performed correctly, the latissimus dorsi, a muscle on the outside of the chest wall, is the target of this equipment.
