Leg extension is a strength training exercise. The front of your upper legs' quadriceps will benefit greatly from this exercise. The quadriceps, or the big muscles on the front of the thigh, are the main target of this exercise. It can be done on a machine, with free weights, a resistance band, or both. You must set the machine so that your legs are in the proper position before beginning the exercise. You must lay down on your back with your legs straight in front of you if utilising a resistance band or free weights. Leg extension is easy to handle and highly efficient.
